All images provided will :

Be produced to the exact brief and requirements, as stated clearly by the

client. (Any major changes or additions requested after the brief is given,

will be subject to an additional negotiated fee.)

Be unique to that specific job and not supplied to any other client.

Not infringe any copy right laws.

Be provided in a usable format, requested by the client. (Usually Digitally)

 

Data:

Strict confidentiality will be kept at all time regarding on-going work. 

The client has ultimate responsibility to ensure images or data, once received, be stored or copied for future use. It is not possible for the supplier to store every image indefinably on their systems.

Costs :

To be agreed as a flat fee, an hourly or daily rate.

Client contacts :

Although communication during a job is usually made via MOBLE PHONE and EMAIL. No work can be carried out before the client provides a verified postal address and land line number.

Payment :

When invoicing established companies or organisations, the terms of payment are 30 days.

Any work taken on for individuals is on a delivery on payment basis. In the case of personal cheques, artwork will be released to the client when funds clear.
